We felt special, excellent product knowledge, friendly room service, 5th star service quality, excellent breakfast and dinner buffet, fantastic swimming pool scenery.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The spa was one of the best I've experienced, with a peaceful atmosphere, professional massage therapists, and excellent music and lighting. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly, especially towards my toddler. They provided a gift and entertainment pack for my little one, and the room was spacious and clean, with special amenities like slippers and a kids tea set. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Asian and Western options, and the hotel's swimming pool had a fantastic scenic view, perfect for photos. I also appreciated the excellent service provided by the concierge staff, who even offered a free limousine ride when we couldn't find a taxi. this hotel was a haven of peace, perfect for a restful getaway.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience like no other! the spacious room was well-kept and clean, with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the spa and wellness centre was excellent, with a huge jacuzzi pool and tranquil ambience.

Although it was generally okay, stronger wifi would have been preferred to make my experience even better.

We were amazed by the luxurious experience at Four Seasons. The included breakfast was impressive, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to service was outstanding. Despite the minor inconvenience of smoking being allowed on the premises, the overall charm and intimacy of the hotel made up for it. The facilities were newer, although the room designs seemed a bit dated. The bath and room size were more than adequate. We did encounter a small issue with water pressure and shower leaks, but it didn't hinder our stay significantly. we highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience in Macau.

All was perfect.

The service at this hotel was amazing, with the staff going above and beyond to make every guest feel like a VIP. They were especially accommodating for my baby, arranging everything needed for baby travel in the room before we even checked in. the hotel staff made our stay truly special and memorable.

The only downside was that the pool and spa didn't open until 8am and 9am respectively, which was a bit inconvenient for early birds like me. However, this minor inconvenience was overshadowed by the exceptional service and facilities provided by the hotel.

The hotel is located in a prime area, surrounded by shops and conveniently connected to other major hotels via shopping malls. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel itself is surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. Guests have praised the Chinese restaurant, noting its authentic cuisine. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with separate bathrooms consisting of a bathtub, toilet, and shower. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with attention to detail being a particular highlight. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious bread, pastries, and freshly mixed fruit juices.

The shuttle bus service could be improved upon, as some guests have mentioned confusion and inconvenience in finding the pick-up location.

We hadden een geweldige tijd in dit resort! De locatie was prachtig, vooral voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Het zwembad en de spa waren fantastisch en we hebben daar veel tijd doorgebracht. De kinderen waren dol op de speelruimte en de faciliteiten waren perfect om te ontspannen na een lange dag wandelen.

Helaas was het interieur van het appartement een beetje gedateerd en had het meer moderne voorzieningen kunnen gebruiken.
